Welcome to Elo’s Online Service
Elo’s Online Service facilitates the rapid and smooth management of TyEL and YEL insurances. The Online Service provides you with all the tools necessary to handle matters related to earnings-related pension insurance, whether you are a self-employed person, an employer or a representative of an accounting agency.
It’s easy to start using the Online Service
Take the Online Service into use as a Company
Taking the Online Service into use as a company is the right choice for you, if your company has insured its employees with a TyEL insurance policy from Elo, or if you have taken, as a self-employed person, a YEL insurance policy from Elo that is paid by your company, or if you are a representative of an accounting agency looking to use the service.
Take the service into use without a Business ID
You can take the Online Service into use as an individual person (without a Business ID), if you have taken, as a self-employed person, a YEL insurance policy, or, as a household customer, a TyEL insurance from Elo.
Are you working at an accounting agency? You will need a power of attorney.
An accounting agency that manages earnings-related pension insurances on behalf of the policyholders is required to obtain a power of attorney from the policyholder for the purpose of handling the relevant matters through Elo’s Online Service.

The agreement and power of attorney can only be signed by a person with the authority to sign for the company. The access rights are assigned to individual persons, and thus, the Online Service is accessed by using personal online banking codes.
