Elo ID

You can log in to Elo’s Online Service using either your online banking codes or the Elo ID, which is comprised of your e-mail address and a password that you create.

Here’s how to create the Elo ID, if you are already using Elo’s Online Service

  1. Go to the Log in to services page.
  2. Select ‘Log in with the Elo ID’. On the following Finnish-language page, select ‘Luo Elon tunnus’ (Create an Elo ID).
  3. Log in using your personal online banking codes (the page is in Finnish).
  4. Confirm your e-mail address by clicking ‘Lähetä’ (Send)
  5. You will receive an e-mail message in Finnish that contains the link to activate your Elo ID.
  6. After you have set your password, your Elo ID is ready for use. It’s just that easy!

Here’s how to create the Elo ID, if you want to start using Elo’s Online Service

  1. Go to the Online Service Agreement page and select ‘Take the Online Service into use' (Online Service Agreement).
  2. Fill in the Finnish-language application form.
  3. We will send you an e-mail message in Finnish once the Online Service is ready for you to use.
  4. You will receive a second e-mail message in Finnish that contains the link to activate your Elo ID.
  5. After you have set your password, the Elo ID is ready for use. It’s just that easy!

You can also use the Elo ID to log in to Elo’s Well-being at Work online service. If you have already taken the Well-being at Work online service into use, there is no need to create a new ID.

Create an Elo ID for another Online Service user

  1. Log in to the Online Service on the Log in to services page.
  2. Go to the Online Service user administration by selecting User Administration from the top menu on the front page.
  3. Select the person for whom you would like to create an Elo ID and open up their user details.
  4. Check that the user’s e-mail address is accurate and then select ‘Luo Elon tunnus’ (Create an Elo ID).
  5. The user of the Elo ID will receive an e-mail message in Finnish that contains the link to activate the Elo ID.

If the Elo ID is displayed as ‘activated’ or ‘created’, there is no need to create a new one.
