How can you access the Incomes Register?

The launch of the Incomes Register does not require you to do anything. You will be able to access your own, nearly real-time income information through the e-service of the Incomes Register. The Incomes Register does not, however, contain any information concerning the years before 1 January 2019. If you notice an error or something missing from your information in the Incomes Register, please ask your employer to make the correction.

You will continue to receive your pension record as earlier. Any information about the pension accrued from your employment relationships, entrepreneurial activities, social benefits and completed degrees will continue to be included in your personal pension record. You can access your pension record at any time by using your online banking codes to log in to Elo’s Pension Service at

The information for 2018 will be included in the online pension record by April 2019. From 2019 onwards, the relevant information will be included in the online pension record in nearly real time on the basis of data retrieved from the Incomes Register.

Data users, such as Elo, only have the right to acquire information from the Incomes Register if this right is based on valid legislation. The personal data in the Incomes Register will be stored and processed within an environment that has an enhanced data security level.
