The pension record provides information about your pension security and the work from which it was accrued.
Elo will be sending out pension records during the period of August to October 2019. Only those customers who were born in January-April will receive a pension record at this time. Any customers born in 1960 or later receive their pension record from Elo each year, while all other customers will receive their pension record every third year.
Review your pension record online
You can review your pension record in Elo’s Online Pension Service. Log in to the Online Pension Service using your personal online banking codes.
The earnings for the previous calendar year usually appear in the electronic pension record by March of the following year at the latest. The electronic record may also include the earnings information for the current year. If you review your pension record in the Online Pension Service after March, you will no longer receive a pension record by mail during the same year.
You can notify us through the Online Pension Service if you would like to continue, in the future, to review your pension record online. This would provide you with access to your record information whenever you want, and you would no longer receive the pension record by mail.
Correct missing information
Review your pension record carefully. If the information is correct, you do not need to do anything.
If you believe that information in your pension record is incorrect or missing, click the link below to check whether you need to send a correction request form. You only need to answer a few questions and, if there is something to be corrected, you will be able to send your correction request through the Online Service.
The processing of the clarification request will take approximately 6 months. You will receive a written notification from Elo when the matter has been clarified.
