Elo’s targeted survey services facilitate your company’s work ability management. When the work ability of your company’s personnel has been surveyed and the measures targeted properly, your efforts will have a genuine impact.

Work ability risk indicator

General / Default image alt attribute
The Work ability risk indicator surveys your company’s risks in terms of its personnel and operational methods. Answer the survey questions and you will receive a feedback report on your company’s current situation and specific development suggestions for improved work ability and disability risk management. You can use the tool to implement targeted measures as a means of proactively developing those areas that are most in need. The survey is intended for company management or HR personnel and only takes about 10 minutes to complete.

Work community survey

General / Default image alt attribute
Elo’s Work community status indicator is a personnel survey comprised of five sub-areas: my work, the functioning of the work community, the activities of my immediate supervisor, competence and renewal, and work ability and resources. The survey provides a comprehensive picture of the workplace resources that, if strengthened, can be utilised to support the work ability of the personnel. At the same time, we also find possible weaknesses and areas for development.

Your company’s contact will receive a summary report once the questionnaire has been completed. The responses can be reviewed at the team or overall company level, and for comparison, industry-specific data also accumulates by field. Later on, when the survey has been carried out multiple times, your company will be able to compare the latest results against earlier ones. Elo’s work ability management development managers will provide support, both virtually and in person, for the purpose of interpreting the results and deciding on future measures.

You can acquire the survey for your own use by contacting your local contact manager or work ability management expert.

Survey concerning the current status of work ability management

General / Default image alt attribute
The current status survey provides an overview of the current state of the operational methods affecting your company’s disability risks and an opportunity to compare the company’s rating to that of other companies of similar size. It also helps your company to focus its work ability management projects primarily on those issues that actually require improvement and, thereby, to increase the impact of the activities.

The survey assesses, for example, the company’s co-operation, roles and areas of responsibility as well as the operational models being used to manage work ability. The aim is for all the company’s internal operational methods to be systematic and familiar to all parties in order to ensure that the personnel’s work ability is managed in a goal-oriented manner. You can access the survey through Elo’s Online Service.

Project plan for company use

General / Default image alt attribute
A project plan facilitates the planning of development work and monitoring of goals related to work ability management. It helps your company to focus its development measures on the essential areas of development that arise in the survey of the company's work ability management. It is advisable to include in the project plan the measures, objectives and indicators, persons in charge, detailed timetables and costs for each of the chosen development areas. An identified need, or the risk motivating the project, should be included in the project plan.

The questions in the project plan will also help the company to evaluate the impacts of already realised projects. Record the key results and consider how they are reflected in the agreed indicators. You can also evaluate the impact of the realised project on work ability management and the related costs. A work ability management expert from Elo will assist you in this process. You can access the project plan through Elo’s Online Service.
