Klaus Saarikallio re-elected Chairman of Elo’s Supervisory Board
In its meeting on 24 November 2015, Elo’s Supervisory Board elected the following persons to the company’s administrative bodies. Klaus Saarikallio was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board for the calendar year 2016. Håkan Nystrand was elected First Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Ilkka Brotherus was elected Second Deputy Chairman.
Sinikka Näätsaari, Head of the Unit for Social Affairs at the Central Organisation of Finnish Trade Unions SAK, was elected to assume the place of Timo Vallittu as an ordinary member of the Board of Directors, and Jukka Ihanus, Director at the Finnish Confederation of Salaried Employees (STTK), was elected to replace Katja Veirto as deputy member. These appointments enter into force immediately and will remain valid until 31 December 2016.
Klaus Saarikallio was elected as Chairman for the Election Committee of the Supervisory Board in 2016 and Håkan Nystrand as Deputy Chairman.
