Klaus Saarikallio will continue as Chairman of the Supervisory Board

At its meeting on 21 November 2017, Elo’s Supervisory Board elected members for the company’s administrative bodies. Klaus Saarikallio was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board for the 2018 calendar year. Håkan Nystrand was elected First Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Ilkka Brotherus Second Deputy Chairman.

Niklas Sonkin, COO and Deputy CEO of Accountor Holding Oy, was elected as an ordinary member of the Board of Directors to replace Outi Lähteenmäki. Sonkin’s term will last until 31 December 2019.

Klaus Saarikallio was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board’s Election Committee for 2018, and Håkan Nystrand was elected Deputy Chairman. Harri Miettinen, Managing Director of Kymen Seudun Osuuskauppa, was elected as a member of the Supervisory Board’s Election Committee until 31 December 2019. He was nominated by policyholders.
