Identification in Elo’s Online Service just became easier

Elo has shifted to the use of strong identification for corporate customers using Elo’s Online Service and, thus, the use of an Elo ID to log in has now ended. Strong identification enables you to confirm your identity easily and safely when you log in to the Online Service. The methods of strong identification for log-in purposes include a mobile certificate and personal online banking codes.

We are continuously developing our digital customer experience in order to make the handling of pension matters as easy and convenient as possible. The mobile identification applications provided by the banks have made the use of online banking codes even easier and a mobile certificate is always handy in the user’s own phone.
