Check your pension record - You can win coffee for a year

We will raffle coffee for a year, which is 10 kg of Juhla Mokka coffee, among those who have checked their pension record electronically.

The raffle will be conducted among Elo's customers who check their pension record in the personal online service between June 1, 2025, and August 31, 2025.

Here's how to do it:

  • Check your pension statement

You participate in the raffle by checking your pension record. No other actions are required from you.

Campaign rules

1. Organizer

2. Start and end date

The campaign starts on June 1, 2025, and ends on August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

3. Participation

You participate in the draw by checking the pension statement in Elo's personal customer online service during the campaign period. Only entrepreneurs and employees insured in Elo during the campaign period can participate in the draw. Elo's employees cannot participate in the draw. Participation in the draw requires acceptance of the campaign rules.

4. Prize and execution of the draw

The raffle winner will receive 10 kg of Juhla Mokka coffee as a prize.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The organizer will pay any applicable lottery taxes. Elo is not responsible for any costs related to the prize other than lottery tax, acquisition, and delivery costs.

Elo will raffle one (1) prize (10 kg of Juhla Mokka coffee) after the campaign period during week 37 in 2025. The winner will be notified personally, primarily via email, once the raffle has been conducted. If the winner cannot be reached within two weeks after being informed of the prize or if they do not wish to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited and a new raffle will be conducted immediately. The new winner will be notified personally once the new raffle has been conducted.

The lottery tax is the responsibility of the campaign organizer.

5. Organizer's Liability

The selected person releases the organizer from all direct and indirect liability, damages and costs arising or alleged to arise from participation in the lottery, electronic checking of the pension statement, redemption or use of the prize. The organizer's liability to the participants of the lottery does not in any case exceed the amount or value of the prize mentioned in these rules. The organizer is not responsible for obstacles to participation in the lottery due to information technology or other reasons.

6. Processing of Personal Data

The personal data of the participants are processed in accordance with personal data legislation only for the implementation of the lottery and the delivery of the prize to the winner. The data collected for the lottery will be deleted one month after the winner of the lottery has been reached and the prize has been delivered. If you do not want your personal data to be used in the lottery, you can request the deletion of the data by contacting satu.sandell@elo.fi.
