Online service

Elo's online service for corporate clients makes managing TyEL and YEL insurances easy and fast. The free service provides everything you need for handling pension insurances. The same service also offers your company's pension and rehabilitation information and tools to support work ability management, as well as tools for large employers to manage disability risks and related costs. The online service also includes the learning environment Elokanava, available for companies of all sizes.

You can also authorize another company, such as an accounting firm, to manage insurance matters in the online service.

Other statutory insurances

You can arrange statutory insurances through our insurance partners Fennia, LähiTapiola, and Turva. Our partners also assist you with employment pension insurance matters.

With the insurance premium, you gain access to Elo's extensive expertise in employment pension insurance, supporting you in matters related to retirement, vocational rehabilitation, work ability risk management, and insurance. Both corporate and individual customers have access to online services that enable smooth, fast, and secure transactions.

You can contact Elo by sending a message through the corporate customers' online service, calling Elo during service hours, or using the chat. In the Contact Us section (in Finnish), we ask you to first select what your matter concerns. You will then receive a recommendation for the best way to handle your matter.

You can access the corporate customers' online service by completing the electronic online service agreement. As a person with signing authority, you will have immediate access to the service. If you do not have signing authority, fill out and print the agreement for a person with signing authority in your company to sign. Send the signed agreement to us via secure email at www.elo.fi/sahkoposti by selecting Insurance Matter as the recipient.

Yes, multiple people can use Elo's online service, but roles and access rights vary. The person with signing authority designates a main user who can add the necessary number of users to the online service and manage their access rights.

Our customer service is available in Finnish, Swedish, and English.
