In the company Customers online service designed for employers and entrepreneurs
you can, for example
• Maintain and update insurance information
• Review information reported to the income register

In the Personal Customer online service designed for insured individuals and pension applicants
you can, for example
- Check your pension record. The record shows the amount of your pension and the information that has contributed to your pension.
- View an estimate of the amount of your future pension or rehabilitation allowance.
- Apply for a pension or rehabilitation. You can also submit any necessary attachments.
How to access Elo's company customer online service
- Fill out the electronic online service agreement.
- If you are a person with the right to sign for the company, you will have immediate access to the service.
- If you do not have signing authority, fill out and print the agreement for the company's authorized signatory to sign. Send the signed agreement to us via secure email at www.elo.fi/sahkoposti by selecting "Insurance matters" as the recipient.
How to authorize another company to manage insurance matters in the online service
• The entire process can be easily handled electronically.
• Authorizing an accounting firm or another party to access Elo's online service is done by completing the electronic online service authorization.
• If the authorization is filled out by someone other than the company's authorized signatory, the authorization will be sent via email to the authorized signatory for approval.
• For YEL insurance, it is important to note that changes to the YEL insurance income and validity can only be made by the entrepreneur themselves.
