Elo’s vocational rehabilitation
Elo’s vocational rehabilitation can help you if, due to illness or injury, you are unable to manage your work tasks and are at risk of incapasity of work, or if you are returning to work from a fixed-term disability pension i.e. a rehabilitation subsidy. The available means of rehabilitation include workplace rehabilitation i.e. a work trial and work coaching, support for entrepreneurship, and education. If needed, a work coach can help you choose and plan the most suitable option for you.
Who can be granted the right to rehabilitation?
The right to vocational rehabilitation can be granted to an employee or entrepreneur under retirement age who can no longer manage their work due to illness or injury.

The application process for rehabilitation is divided into four stages. Before applying for vocational rehabilitation, check whether Elo’s vocational rehabilitation is the right form of support for you. After this, you apply for a preliminary decision and submit a plan. We will make separate decisions on the plan and the payment of the benefit.
