A good rehabilitation plan is an important part of successful vocational rehabilitation. If you are employed, it is advisable to prepare the plan together with your workplace’s occupational health service and HR.

When preparing your rehabilitation plan, consider the following questions:

  • What health limitations affect your ability to work?
  • What kind of work could you still do?
  • Can you utilize your previous work experience or education?
  • Which of Elo’s vocational rehabilitation methods is suitable for your situation?

1. Complete the Rehabilitation Assistant in the Online Service for private customers and consider which vocational rehabilitation method would help you return to work or continue your career

2. Prepare your rehabilitation plan

The rehabilitation plan should include:

    • The schedule for rehabilitation
    • The chosen rehabilitation method
    • The work tasks you aim for with rehabilitation

Planning a work trial or work coaching also includes, for example, agreeing on whether the arrangement is paid or unpaid.
