Before retirement or rehabilitation
- Check your pension record, which shows information and the amount of accrued pension.
- View an estimate of your future pension or rehabilitation allowance

Tips for using the online service
Logging in to the service
You can log in to the service with your own Finnish online banking credentials or mobile certificate. You cannot log in with foreign online banking credentials. You can ask for help via Elo’s chat on the page.
Choosing a paperless service
In the web service’s personal settings, you can choose a paperless option. For those who make this choice, most documents will be delivered only to the web service. You will receive information about new documents via text message.
Unclear text in the web service
If you see unclear text in the web service, it means the translator in your browser is turned on and is mixing up the text. Turn off the automatic translator in your browser settings. You can also use another browser or device.
