Work community survey helps identify work ability and disability risks and measures the workplace atmosphere, collaboration, communication and team spirit. The survey helps identify areas for improvement and enhance workplace well-being. Based on the Work community survey, we can calculate your company’s Personnel Productivity Index (HTI) – a key metric that summarizes three productivity drivers: employee competence, motivation and work ability.
