Pension Advisory Board
The Pension Advisory Board is a joint body of Elo and labour market organisations, which provides recommendations on disability pension and rehabilitation decisions and monitors and gives feedback on Elo's pension and decision-making process.

The secretary of the Advisory Board is Katri Paija-Luhtala, head of pension decisions in charge of disability pension decisions at Elo. The activities of the Advisory Board are managed by Director Kati Korhonen-Yrjänheikki from Elo.
Advisory Board for the Insured
The purpose of the Advisory Board for the Insured is to act as a complementary channel for dialogue between Elo and the insured. The Advisory Board acts as a cooperation body between Elo and the employees insured in Elo. It contributes to the development of insurance and pension security for employees in accordance with the Employees Pensions Act (TyEL). The Advisory Board also provides feedback on Elo's services and communications. The Advisory Board contributes to increasing mutual interaction and it must take into account regional and sector-specific aspects in its operations. The Advisory Board convenes twice a year.

Employers' Advisory Board
The purpose of the Employers' Advisory Board is to promote cooperation between Elo’s policyholders, provide Elo with information on business activities insofar as they have a general impact on the management of insurance affairs, and to issue recommendations and take initiatives in matters concerning the pension insurance of the policyholders. The Advisory Board convenes twice a year.

Advisory Board for Entrepreneurs
The Advisory Board consisting of entrepreneurial customers is a consultative and advisory informal cooperation body. Its purpose is to promote cooperation between different types of companies. The Advisory Board also aims to contribute to the amendments to the Self-Employed Persons' Pensions Act (YEL) and the private earnings-related pension sector. The Advisory Board convenes twice a year.
