It is important to us that Elo employees are well and, as an employer, we want to support the coping, motivation and work ability of all our employees. We invest in smooth day-to-day life and a good balance between different aspects of life. We encourage Elo employees to take care of their well-being by offering, among other things, flexible remote work opportunities, high-quality sports and wellness facilities in our office building, joint wellness events throughout the year for all Elo employees, a break exercise application for breaks during working days, as well as the opportunity to take advantage of Auntie's mental wellbeing services, for example.

We encourage Elo employees to actively develop their skills and expertise. We offer many ways to develop professionally, including comprehensive onboarding to new tasks, on-the-job learning, job rotation, peer learning, online courses, in-house and external training, mentoring and self-study.
Flexible ways of working
We apply a hybrid model to our work, investing in a smooth everyday life and a good balance between the different aspects of life. It is important for us to take into account our employees’ different life situations and family relations and to create as flexible solutions as possible for finding a good balance between work and other aspects of life. Our comfortable and modern, recently renovated work premises are located in Tapiolan Helmi in Tapiola, Espoo.
Proper onboarding
With comprehensive onboarding, we want to support new Elo employees’ commitment to Elo and help them understand their roles as part of Elo, improve the quality of work and occupational safety, as well as providing new employees with sufficient skills so that they can quickly learn to perform their work tasks successfully. A couple of times a year, we hold a breakfast for new employees to welcome them and give them the opportunity to learn more about Elo and get to know their new colleagues.
