Anti-bribery and corruption policy

Elo does not approve the use of bribery, corruption and other unethical means of influence in any aspect of its business activities. Elo’s Board of Directors has confirmed the Anti-bribery and corruption principles that are intended to prevent any form of bribery and corruption.

The policy concern all Elo employees and supplement Elo’s Code of Conduct and other rules and guidelines. Elo also requires all its co-operative partners to comply with similar principles.

While Elo’s Board of Directors bears the overall responsibility for compliance with the policy, each Elo employee is responsible for ensuring their own personal compliance.
