Elo has submitted its response to the Financial Supervisory Authority

Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company has submitted its response to the letter of hearing from the Financial Supervisory Authority within the set deadline. The letter of hearing concerned the exceptional economic crisis of spring 2020 and the situation regarding Elo’s solvency position at the time. The Financial Supervisory Authority has requested a report on Elo’s actions and decision-making criteria in the challenging economic environment of the coronavirus spring. In its response, Elo has also taken a stand on the Financial Supervisory Authority’s suggestion in the letter of appointing an authorised representative for Elo.

As the matter is still ongoing, Elo will not comment on the content of the letter of hearing or the content of its response to the letter. Elo will continue the good dialogue on the topic with the supervisory authority.
